In this 30 minute movement meditation you’ll be guided to connect to your body and inner world. To let anything that is alive or wants to be felt to move through you. This is a beautiful practice to move energy that is stuck, or to express and release any emotion. Let yourself be surprised by your unique experience every time.

 

Wear something comfortable and create a space where you can be alone, to really dive into your inner journey. Make sure you have enough space to move and that it’s a safe space to move around with eyes closed, as you are connecting inward. Your body might invite you to roll and move on the floor (or you can use the bed), or it might invite you to move around. This movement meditation can be done without music, with a created playlist (click here), or any music you prefer. You can choose to play it together with the guided meditation.

 

Afterwards you can take a moment to integrate or reflect on your experience. You can do this movement meditation anytime, with anything that is alive and present.
