A nourishing dance medicine journey to connect deeply to your body, your feminine essence and other sisters. Every class we'll dive in to a different topic or energy. I offer a blend of movement meditation, the medicine of dance, embodiment & connection practices, and sisterhood. This is not just dancing, it's healing. This experience is for all who identify as a woman and for all levels. You don't need any dance experience, just your curiosity. You are absolutely welcome with all of you, or whatever is alive. This is a space where authenticity and vulnerability is celebrated.
